When it was created, the main direction of development was identified: scientific research and attraction to the teaching of world leaders in every field. University of Luxembourg and HSE

As a result of the agreements reached between the University of Luxebourg and the HSE, our students come to study at the second year of the Master's program. Finishing studies in Luxembourg, students have the opportunity to obtain a master's degree not only from the University of Luxembourg, but also by their choice either at the University of Strasbourg (France) or at the University of Nancy (France). Annually, the University of Luxembourg allocates quotas for students of the Higher School of Economics, as a rule, two students per each direction of the master's program.
