• Preparation of proposals on updating HSE’s development programs
• Providing information on HSE’s development programs and their implementation to employees at the university
• Development of cooperation with Russian and foreign universities for better experience in the implementation of HSE’s development programs
• Administrative and methodological support for the development and implementation of HSE’s development programs at the university’s faculties, departments and campuses
