International Institute of Administration and Business: Competitive Advantages

The International Institute of Administration and Business (IIAB HSE) was established to implement the programmes of continuing professional and business education in partnership with leading international business schools and universities in order to ensure the quality of teaching in accordance with international accreditations, on the one hand, and to attract foreign students to Russia in general and to the HSE in particular. On the other hand our programs are taught in foreign languages (program Advanced Master in International Business - AMIB in English and Master de Droit économique français (européen) in French).

A mandatory component of the IIAB programs is to study abroad and receive two diplomas – the diploma of the HSE and of the partner university, as well as an obligatory internship in international companies. That's exactly what distinguishes our programmes from other ones and makes them unique.

All the above mentioned programmes are implemented in close cooperation with business. For that purpose, the Expert and Supervisory Board of the IIAB HSE was established. This body includes representatives of major international and Russian companies. We are also members of the  Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIRF) and of the Association of European Business. The AMIB students prepare Company Consultancy Projects which are commissioned by these companies.

The aim of this education is to prepare a new generation of entrepreneurs and professionals, who are able to work in a rapidly changing international environment and in an open-minded multicultural team and who can cope with the current challenges thanks to their professionalism and their ability to communicate in different languages with competitors and partners in various life and business situations.
